Finally, it’s 2021! Happy New Year!!

Now let’s be realistic, going from Thursday, 12/31/2020 11:59 pm to Friday, 1/1/2021 12:00 am didn’t magically cause the year 2020 to disappear, COVID to go away, or our lives to go back to normal. But we can wish…right!

So as I sit here watching my team, the University of Kentucky vs. NC State, in the Gator Bowl, I am reminded that enjoying the new year doesn’t have to be big things like no more COVID; it means small things. Watching your favorite sports team play football or basketball, soccer, whatever. Reading a favorite book or working on a puzzle you got for Christmas.

Remember, it’s a New Year. Celebrate it all year.
